Repwell: Workout Tracker

Repwell is a workout tracker for people who actually lift. Log fast, progress on purpose, and see your training the way a data nerd wishes every app showed it — all while your data stays private on your device.

LOG WITHOUT FRICTION
• Start from a split, a multi-week program, or let Quick Workout draft a balanced session for the muscles you pick — big lifts first, sized to how much you want.
• Tap to log weight and reps. The rest timer auto-starts and can prompt you on your lock screen when it's time for the next set.
• "Beat last time" indicators show, set by set, whether you're moving forward.

PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING
• A progressive-overload engine suggests your next target — add weight, reps, or a set — based on your real history.
• Deep stats: estimated 1RM charts with PRs marked, a rep-max board, lifetime volume, and per-lift progression rate.
• Serious analytics: weekly sets per muscle vs. optimal volume landmarks (MEV/MAV/MRV), push/pull/legs balance, undertrained-muscle flags, a strength-standards breakdown with a DOTS score, and a consistency heatmap.

GYM-AWARE, THE WAY REAL LIFTERS TRAIN
• Set which gym you're at and Repwell adapts your workout to the equipment there, swapping in the best available lift when something's missing.
• A new gym learns its equipment automatically from the lifts you log — no tedious setup.
• Weights are remembered per gym for machines and cables (because the chest-press machine at your apartment isn't the one at your commercial gym), and globally for free weights.

SHARE THE WIN
• Turn any session into a clean, branded scorecard image and send it to a friend in a tap — or share as text. Nothing is uploaded; it uses your phone's share sheet.
