• Keep separate recovery clocks for the behaviors you choose to work on.
• Create a local JSON backup, restore a validated backup, or export a shareable summary when you decide to.
• Personalize the interface with themes, accents, reduced motion, notification privacy, and an optional app lock.

Your recovery records stay on your device. Reset does not require an account and does not include advertising or behavioral analytics. Sharing, exporting, recording a voice note, or opening an external link happens only when you choose it.
