Description by Yarrington Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.

Resilience is “the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties”. We believe resilient people make the world work better. We passionately believe that the more resilient people are, the more they empowered they will be to:

- navigate life’s challenges.
- embrace life’s ups and downs
- live more harmoniously together and can create a more resilient world.

Our app offers the training and tools to activate resilience in everyone. We are not creating resilience. Our job is merely to tap into the existing resilience in every individual, thereby improving their wellbeing and, as a result, the harmony of households and the sustained productivity of organisations .

Please note that this app is currently an accompaniment app to our in person training if you would like to learn more about what Resilimy can offer you or your business please contact us at info@resilimy.com
