Resortee Core

Resortee Core puts your resort's daily operations in your pocket. It connects to your property's Resortee workspace and your PMS, so the team on the floor sees the same live picture as the front office.

Built for the people who keep a resort running, not for a desk.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• A live Today agenda across every spa, restaurant and activity centre: what is happening now, what is next, and what still needs closing
• Needs-me counts for approvals, sittings to close and appointments starting soon

BOOKINGS: SPA, DINING AND ACTIVITIES
• Spa schedule laid out therapist by therapist, with prep and clean-up time shown
• Create and edit bookings with the full form: rooms and sharers, confirmation numbers, price code, meal plan, add-ons and guest forms
• Check guests in, start and complete treatments, and close a dinner sitting in a few taps
• Approve or reject bookings that are waiting for a supervisor, right from the list

GUEST REQUESTS
• See every request with one clear next step
• Update progress, add photos and resolve requests from wherever you are
• Push notifications when a request needs you

HOUSEKEEPING
• Room status and occupancy for your section
• Cleaning and inspection checklists that adapt to occupied or vacant rooms
• Record Do Not Disturb and refused service with a timestamp

ARRIVALS, IN-HOUSE AND DOCUMENTS
• Arrivals and in-house guest lists straight from the PMS
• Guest registration, document capture and on-device signing
• Minibar consumption with guest signature

ACCESS AND SECURITY
• Sign in with the staff account your resort issues; the app does not offer sign-up
• Each person sees only the centres, departments and modules their role allows
• All data travels over encrypted connections

Resortee Core requires an active Resortee subscription for your property. Contact your resort's system administrator for access.
