Additionally, we hold a Hong Kong money lender license, primarily offering mortgage loans (including property mortgages), personal loans, and corporate loans for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hong Kong.

In 2017, Seazen Group Limited (HKEX stock code: 01030) became our major shareholder. Between 2018 and 2021, within just four years, we participated in over 100 bond and initial public offering (IPO) underwriting projects, raising a total of US$10 billion in capital. At the same time, we provide our esteemed clients with a range of flagship fund management services, covering products in fixed income, equities, overseas real estate, luxury consumer goods, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investments, and more.
