Rex is a dead-simple medication tracker. No account. No personal data collected. No cost. Open it, add your meds, and it reminds you when to take the next dose.

WHY THIS APP EXISTS

This app came out of a short hospital stay and an appendectomy. Post-op, what was missing was something dead simple to track medications - what was taken, and when. Phone timers and scribbled notes weren't cutting it, so this got built instead.

It's free. Hospitals and healthcare are expensive enough already.

Rex, as in Rx. Also as in the way you walk around after abdominal surgery - arms tucked, no reaching, tiny shuffling steps.

Recovery is not the time to fight with an app. Rex is designed for one-handed use, half-awake at 3am, when you genuinely cannot remember if you took that last dose. Glance at your Lock Screen. Get your answer. Go back to sleep. Or let it ring like an alarm when it's time.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS

There's no account and no server. Your medications, your doses, your history, your reminders - all of it stays on your device. Nothing about your medications ever leaves your phone. The only thing ever sent anywhere is an anonymous crash report if the app falls over, which exists solely so it can be fixed. No profiles, no ads, no analytics, no selling anything to anyone.

If you want your history somewhere else - for your own records, or to bring to a doctor's appointment - export it to CSV in a couple of taps.
