RFP Nutrition Scanner

Eating real food is the healthiest way to live.

The problem is most people don’t know how much unhealthy, highly processed food makes up their daily diet.

With this app, you’ll know exactly how much real food vs. fake food you’re eating — just snap a picture.

In 20 years of testing the RFP method, we’ve found that prioritizing food quality can significantly change how your body looks, feels, and performs. It’s also a massive relief compared to the alternative: old-school calorie counting, macro tracking, and obsessing over food labels.

The RFP system (Real Food Percentage) is simple: eat 80% real food (meat, veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruit) and 20% “Other” foods. You'll finally have the clarity you need to build healthy-eating habits with just a snap of a picture.
