Ringtone Genius: Maker

Make the ringtone you actually want, in a few minutes, on your iPhone alone.

Pick a song, a video, a voice memo or a built-in effect, cut out the part you love, shape it until it sounds right, and export a file your iPhone can use. No computer, no cables, no account.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add your sound. Import from Files, pull the audio out of a video in Photos, record through the microphone, or choose a built-in effect.
2. Cut it down. Drag the ends of the clip on the timeline until you have the hook, then split, move, fade, or rebalance it.
3. Export. Save a ringtone-ready M4A, then follow the guided steps to finish setup with GarageBand.
