Description by Rlye(from the App Store)
We're excited to introduce RLYE a smart way to get around town that allows the power of fare negotiation with your driver! RLYE is a companionship that offers the ultimate flexibility in fare negotiations for both riders and drivers! We put the power in your hands, allowing you to negotiate the fare for your ride before you even step into the taxi ensuring fair and transparent pricing for everyone. This means you can get a fair price that suits your budget, while also giving our drivers the flexibility to adjust their rates based on demand, traffic, or other factors. The negotiation process is simple - just enter the amount you're willing to pay and send it to your driver. They'll receive your offer and can either accept, decline, or make a counteroffer. Once you've agreed on a price, you'll be able to complete your ride and pay your driver through the app. For riders, this means you can feel confident that you're getting a fair price for your journey. No more worrying about unexpected surges in pricing during peak hours or busy periods. With our app, you can negotiate the fare upfront with your driver, ensuring that you're paying a price that works for you. Here's how it works: 1. Enter your pickup and drop-off location in the app, along with any special instructions or preferences you may have. 2. Choose your preferred types of ride, such as a standard taxi, a luxury sedan, or a shared ride with other passengers. 3. Once you've selected your ride, you'll see the estimated fare based on the distance and time of day. 4. At this point, you have the option to negotiate the fare with the driver. You can suggest a lower or higher fare than the estimated price, and the driver can accept, reject, or counter your offer. 5. Once you've agreed on the fare, you can confirm your ride and wait for the driver to arrive. 6. During the ride, you can track the driver's location and ETA in real-time, and communicate with them directly through the app if needed. 7. After the ride is over, you can rate your driver and provide feedback on your experience, which will help us improve our service and ensure that every ride is a great one So why wait? Download our app and start enjoying the benefits of your negotiations.
