Description by Michael Berinshteyn(from the App Store)
Every Flock camera on your map, a route around them, and a heads-up before you pass one. Free, with no ads and no tracking.
FLOCK, SPEED & RED-LIGHT CAMERAS, BUILT IN Roadar ships with more than 300,000 mapped license-plate readers (Flock and other ALPRs), fixed speed cameras and red-light cameras from the DeFlock project on OpenStreetMap. It warns you before you reach one, on your Lock Screen and even with the app closed.
ROUTE AROUND THEM Pick Flock cameras, speed cameras or both, then enter where you're going. Roadar checks every route for cameras, reroutes around each one it finds, and tells you honestly when a camera sits on the only way in. Drive it right in Roadar with voice turn-by-turn directions that keep you on the route you chose.
LIVE POLICE & HAZARD ALERTS Drivers ahead tap once to report police, crashes and road hazards, and drivers near them confirm or clear each report. As you approach, Roadar warns you on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, on CarPlay, or with one notification that can break through Driving Focus.
QUIET WHEN YOU'RE HOME Long-press a camera alert to ignore a camera you pass every day, and turn it back on anytime in Profile. Camera alerts only fire while you're driving.
MADE FOR THE ROAD • One tap to report, five seconds to undo • Report from CarPlay, the Action Button, a widget or Siri • Works with your phone locked or the app closed • Designed for iPhone Duo: the map on one page, everything else on the other
PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No usernames, no profiles, no followers • Your location is used to warn you, never sold • No ads. No tracking.
FREE Everything, for every driver: the camera map, alerts and avoidance routing. No subscription and no in-app purchases.
