CALENDAR & SCHEDULING See your entire touring calendar at a glance. Create shows, holds, meetings, interviews, writing sessions, rehearsals, block dates, and whatever else. Filter by artist or event type. Manage multiple bands from a single account.
SHOW MANAGEMENT Every show has a dedicated workspace with everything you need: - Venue details, contacts, and directions - Day-of-show schedule and billing/lineup - Confirm or hold status tracking - Attendance and road crew management - Notes and file attachments
ADVANCES Build and share show advances with venues and promoters. Build & attach riders, stage plots, and input lists. Send advance links via email and track when they've been viewed or downloaded.
DEALS & SETTLEMENTS Track deal terms — guarantees, percentage deals, deposits, and merch cuts. After the show, settle up with full box office breakdowns: gross revenue, fees, expenses, and artist payout.
GUEST LIST Manage guest list requests with an approve/deny workflow. Assign pass types (GA, VIP, AAA, Backstage, or custom). Track capacity at a glance. Export to PDF or email directly to the venue.
