Roll Call - Pick & Attendance

Fair picks, fast attendance and balanced teams from one list.
Roll Call is a random name picker, attendance tracker and team maker.
Paste names once, then pick, check in or group with a tap.

RANDOM NAME PICKER
• Draw a random name or number with one tap
• No repeats until everyone has had a turn, or allow repeats when you want them
• Pick one person from every group, or one for each value in any column, such as one per role
• Round counter and live progress show exactly who is still waiting
• Every pick is saved to the team's history

ATTENDANCE TRACKER
• Take roll call in seconds: present, absent, late, left early, on leave or other
• Add a short note to any member, like "bus delay" or "appointment"
• Live counts update while you mark
• Review past sessions with charts for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or any date range you choose

TEAM AND GROUP MAKER
• Split everyone into the number of random groups you need, with sizes kept even
• Spread chosen values across groups, for example a fair mix of roles or skill levels
• Shuffle again until it feels right, then keep the result in your history
• Pick presenters or captains straight from a saved grouping

ROSTERS IN SECONDS
• Type or paste a list with one person per line
• Import a CSV file exported from your spreadsheet
• Add extra columns such as number, role, house or level
• Add member photos from the camera or photo library
• Collect a roster on the same Wi-Fi: members scan a QR code and enter their own details

HANDY EXTRAS
• Random number generator for turns, games and raffles
• Full-screen countdown timer and stopwatch
• Decibel meter that shows the noise level in the room
• Arrange the home screen so the tools you use most are one tap away

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Works offline, with no account or sign-up
• Rosters, photos and history stay on this device
