It offers a high level of data protection and security, an array of professional tools suited for all types of notarizations, and a free file hosting service to store the recordings of the transactions - all in your pocket and just within reach.
Ronary prevents fraud risk by providing a high level of security and rigorous identification procedures by employing professional services and cutting-edge technology in order to ensure the safety of remote online notarizations.
How does it work: 1. Upload or scan the document. 2. Add signer and other participants. 3. Tag the document for electronic signatures and notary seal. 4. Connect with client via audio/video call after client passes ID verification. 5. Legally sign and notarize the document. 6. Store the document and recorded session in a secure eJounal.
After notarization session is complete your client will be able to view, download, save and forward the document from the app via email, DropBox, Box, Evernote, WhatsApp, Google Drive and more. Your client will also receive a separate email with signed and notarized document.
Is Remote Online Notarization legal? Yes. In 2011 Virginia became the 1st state to authorize remote online notarizations by passing Virginia Senate Bill 827 and House Bill 2318. In Florida, House Bill 409 “Electronic Legal Documents”, codified as Chapter 2019-71, Laws of Florida, was signed into law on June 7, 2019. This law is in effect as of January 1, 2020.
