Description by Janice Barclay Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Designed as an easy to use reference tool for beginning players, this app was created by someone who understands the common struggles musicians encounter when they first pick up a ukulele. A simple drop-down menu allows the user to choose the chord. The resulting display shows the strings and corresponding frets in easy to read rows and columns. This method will allow you to quickly strike a perfect major, minor, or seventh chord making it easy to cover your favorite songs or even write your own! The chords are for the Soprano, Concert and Tenor Ukuleles. The strings are denoted as first, second, third and fourth with the first being closest to the ground. An open fret is denoted by 0. The user will not need extensive musical training or extreme familiarity with this instrument. Practice the chords that appear often in ukulele songs and have fun getting to know this friendly instrument!
