WALLPAPER
Rolls, not square feet. Pick your roll: 20.5" × 33' or 27" rolls, 36" grasscloth or 54" commercial goods by the yard, or a custom size. Enter the pattern repeat and match, and focalScan works out what to order, with waste that adjusts to the match and repeat, and doors and windows taken out. Pick a design for the width (florals, grasscloth, sisal, murals) and see it on the walls.

PAINT
Gallons or liters for 1 to 3 coats, with the coverage set coat by coat. Choose the walls, take out doors and windows, and add the ceiling if you're painting it. Coverage starts at 400 sq ft per gallon, like the can. Pick a color to see it on the walls.

TILE
Boxes, not square feet. Pick the tile size and how many come in a box, choose the layout (straight, brick offset, herringbone or diagonal), and the waste adjusts to match. Floors, walls, backsplashes and ceilings.

FLOORING
Floor area in sq ft or sq m for LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet or tile, plus the perimeter. Pick the covering and see it on the floor.

TRIM
Baseboard, door and window casing, and crown, each counted separately, in linear feet and pieces.

SEE IT IN 3D
• Keep several finishes on the room at once and save them as one estimate
• Scanned furniture drawn as real pieces (toilet, vanity, sofa, table and more). Tap one to say what it is
• Tap a doorway to make it a door, bifold or opening
• Walls facing you turn see-through, and the wall height shows on the corner

EXACT WALLS
• Add soffits and partition walls the scan misses: on the 3D model and in every count
• Windows and doors: casing, or a drywall return the trim wraps into
• Chair rail: count above it or below it, with wainscoting shown below
• Tap a wall, door or window on the 3D model to leave it out

REPORTS AND CLIENTS
• PDF report for a room or a whole client, with the 3D view, floor plan, photos and saved estimates (notes optional)
• Save estimates and reopen them anytime
• Photos and the scan video stay with each room
• Recently Deleted keeps rooms for 30 days, and you can back up everything to a file
