Rootines is a customizable patient engagement and health tracking platform for Pediatric Complex & Chronic Condition tracking. Rootines marries patient-reported health and symptom feedback with remote patient monitoring to improve outcomes and expedite care interventions. Rootines is built for parents, caregivers, hospitals, healthcare facilities, therapists offices and anyone that supports the health of individuals with chronic conditions.

With Rootines, you can track your child or even yourself for a variety of conditions. Currently offering Neonatal Follow-Up, Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Autism. Rootines will be adding other conditions soon. Categories vary by condition and include feeding/diet, mood, a medication tracker, sleep, hydration, bowel movements, oxygen therapy, parental stress, and more. Rootines collects information that you enter and also integrates with smart devices to provide a robust data stream to your clinician or therapist.

Rootines includes support for data collection and surveys for Parental/Caregiver Stress to understand further how care is impacted by parental mental health. By connecting Care Teams, Rootines supports rural health and augments the increasing need for telehealth.

The Rootines app is currently free to use. Your clinical team can be linked to your profile information and the unique insights Rootines identifies in your data. By tracking your child’s health and well-being on an on-going basis via the Rootines Clinical portal (contact our sales team at Sales@asd.ai for more information regarding the portal) Rootines allows clinicians to provide better informed treatment plans to enhance outcomes.

The medication tracker within Rootines allows you to set reminders so that you know when to administer or take medication. It also allows you to track one time use medications. You and your caregiver will have an ongoing view of what medications you are taking and also whether or not they were taken on time.
