Rota & Time Clock

You didn't take the job to spend your evenings checking or building the rota and chasing the group chat. Timetastic’s new rota planner is built around everyone's time off and how small businesses really work. Rotas, clocking in and out, and your team's holiday all in one place. Built for the floor, not for the head office. Yet it has every essential an HR team would envy.

Here’s how it works.

If you plan the rota:
• Build next week's rota and publish it once. Everyone sees it on their phone.
• See in real time who’s working, on a break, or running late. Not to catch anyone out, just so you know where you stand.
• Approve time off, swaps, and open shifts in one tap. Check availability without leaving the floor.
• Set the tasks for a shift once, and watch them marked done as the day goes on.
• Message your whole team without switching apps.
• Store staff documents and get them signed electronically. The HR basics, without involving the HR department.

If you work the shifts:
• See your week the moment it's published.
• Clock in from your phone when your shift starts.
• Book a day off in seconds. No 'sorry to bother you' messages.
• Swap a shift with a colleague, without the group chat.
• Share your availability with your manager, and change it whenever you need to.
• See who you're on with before you get there.

Since 2013, Timetastic has done one thing: help people actually take their time off. 18,000+ organisations, 180,000+ employees, 3,000+ reviews, and a Burnout Board™ that spots the person who never stops. Rota & Time Clock covers the rest of the week and works the same way.
