Rub-a-bug PLAYssage

PLAYssage is a playful and musical infant massage routine for parents and caregivers to learn at their own pace. Massage your baby like a professional with the help of high-quality videos and clear step-by-step instructions.

Imagine having the knowledge and confidence to help your child with a wide variety of challenges such as colic, tummy pain, stress, poor sleep, verbalization, sensory issues, low muscle tone, developmental delays, and so much more—all while bonding and having fun!

Created by a Massage Therapist and Internationally Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), PLAYssage (Play + massage) is a play-centered massage program designed for families with infants up to 12 months.

Rub-a-bug PLAYssage is the most fun and comprehensive infant massage app designed for parents to learn how to massage their babies like a professional -- while also having fun!

You will learn how to massage your baby with music, videos, detailed photographs, and written instructions. By incorporating elements of Play and Massage into one activity, the PLAYssage routine promotes brain development, socialization, growth, better sleep, and physical health – and that’s just for babies!

Parents who have used PLAYssage with their babies have experienced deeper connections, more rest, and a new skill set to know “just what to do” when their baby cries.

PLAYssage has been shown to:
