Set the pack weight before you start. Record distance, time, heart rate, route, and workout effort on Apple Watch. End and save the workout to Apple Health, then review the same loaded session on iPhone.

Free includes 3 saved loaded miles with pack weight. Ruck Mode Pro unlocks unlimited history, Loaded Mile Score comparisons, and debrief insights.

Use Ruck Mode for:

- Pack hikes and trail sessions
- Murph and field-style conditioning
- Pack-weight and loaded-pace context

The annual Pro subscription is the primary offer. Eligible users may receive a 7-day introductory trial; StoreKit shows the trial only when the Apple account is eligible. A monthly option is also available. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and Family Sharing where supported are managed by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
