RYDE is Houston's premier boutique fitness experience - beat-based indoor cycling, infrared-heated sculpt, and strength training led by world-class instructors in expertly designed studios.

FORMATS:

RYDE - The original. 45 minutes of rhythm-based indoor cycling with curated music, intentional lighting, and a room that moves as one. Upper body series and cool-down stretch included.

HEATED SCULPT - 45 minutes of infrared-heated, beat-driven conditioning. Nonstop, high-rep movement using light to medium weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight. Powerful sequencing. Total output.

STRENGTH - 45 minutes of beat-based lifting. Heavier weights, structured coaching, HIIT intervals, and intentional recovery. Non-heated. This is not cardio — this is strength.

STUDIOS:

River Oaks - 2005-D West Gray Street. The original. Opened April 2015. 52 bikes.

Heights - 402 West 11th Street. The flagship. Custom-designed, glass-encased stand-alone building with immersive sound and lighting. 49 bikes. All three formats.

AMENITIES:
