Every morning, Rythm scores your Recovery from overnight heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, and blood oxygen — all measured against YOUR personal baseline, not a generic population average. Then it tracks the strain you put on your body through the day and the stress your system is carrying, so you know when to push and when to rest.

Rythm is a subscription app with a free trial. After the trial, it automatically continues as a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
