Description by Francisco Sainz(from the App Store)
Your phone is the loudest thing in your life. Notifications, scroll, anxiety. It's hard to feel close to God when you can't put your phone down.
Sacred Scrolls turns your phone into something that brings you back. The full Catholic Bible. Audio-guided rosary and prayers. Daily reflections that meet you where you are. Five minutes a day, and you're back.
NEW IN 1.1 — PRAYER LOCK Pick the apps that steal your day — TikTok, Instagram, the news, the doomscroll. Sacred Scrolls shields them behind your daily prayer. They stay locked until you pray. Inspired by Opal and one sec, but the unlock currency is prayer, not a timer. Take your screen time back, one prayer at a time. (Pro feature.)
THE FULL CATHOLIC BIBLE All 73 books of the Catholic canon, including the Deuterocanonical books. The Douay-Rheims translation, navigable chapter by chapter, with painted illustrations for every chapter.
PRAYER, AUDIO-GUIDED Rosary, Litany of Humility, Examen, Lectio Divina — the prayers Catholics already know, narrated with audio. For the days when you don't know what to say.
THE BIBLE, FINALLY READABLE Story Mode retells every chapter in plain English. Verse-by-verse meaning explanations. No more skipping the parts that don't make sense.
ASK ANY QUESTION Ask the Bible anything. Get a Catholic-informed answer, with citation. Honest answers to honest questions — including the ones you might not ask in person.
LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS Today's verse, on your Lock Screen. Daily prayer prompts. Bible journey progress. Meets you where you already are.
DAILY STREAK Build a habit one verse at a time. Forgiving design — missed days don't punish.
7 LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Polish, and Filipino — content fully localized.
