SafePlace is a wind-down ritual before sleep, made for the evenings when your head won't stop. No menus, no counters, no pressure: you're in the cabin, and everything you see can be touched.
THE RITUAL, EVERY EVENING
1. Secure the van. Lock the door, pull the blinds. The noise of the world is muffled — the insulation really changes the sound.
2. Start up, and get away. The engine runs, the van drives all night toward another destination.
3. Unwind. Turn on the lamp, set the heater, mix your radio, then go lie down.
THE VAN RADIO
50 channels to layer freely: rain on the roof, wipers, engine, campfire, forest, waves, night train, colored noises, heartbeat, singing bowls… Each channel has its own volume. The sound keeps playing in the background, screen off.
TO FALL ASLEEP
Five gentle exercises, no timer and no breath-holding: slow breathing, physiological sigh, 4-8 breathing, body release zone by zone, image shuffle. Guided by light vibrations, never by a voice. Or simply “just sleep”.
EIGHT DESTINATIONS
Forest, mountain, lake, beach, city, cyberpunk, desert, tundra. You fall asleep somewhere, you wake up somewhere else, and the landscape behind the rear window has changed.
A VOICE ON THE AIRWAVES
Every night, someone gets in touch on the radio: a story in episodes, one a day, and all of them in the archives to hear again. And if you can't sleep, the gas station is open: the attendant always has a word of advice.
SERENITY
Sleeping in the van earns Serenity points, which furnish the interior: plants, string lights, heater, coffee machine, cat, robot, new interiors, new destinations. A night earns as much as a long night: the app rewards regularity, not screen time.
