FREE INVENTORY AND SALES TRACKING
Track stock, purchases, sales, returns, instalments, reminders and deadlines for free. No separate login, no ads and no record limits. Pro adds analysis, PDF reports, custom labels and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.

OPTIONAL ICLOUD SYNC
Keep records and photos together across your iPhone, iPad and compatible Mac using the same iCloud Apple Account. Enable iCloud sync in Settings on each device, then close and reopen the app. Currency, custom lists and Needs attention settings sync too. Works offline; notification preferences stay on each device.

YOUR INVENTORY, PURCHASES AND KEPT ITEMS
Record purchases and sales manually, without a marketplace connection. Log bills with several items and purchase postage. Mark items to keep, sell or return. See item colours, materials, purchase dates and return availability. Open the original purchase from Stock or Sales. Tap Kept for me on Home to browse your personal items and their total cost. Search and filter by date, category, brand, material and colour.

SALES AND LOSSES
Record sales with or without a purchase history, including colours, size, material, item photos, buyer details and shipping progress. Profit deducts item cost, selling postage and fees. If the original cost is unknown, mark it clearly so figures identify the missing cost. Lost items deduct their known item cost and selling expenses once, with no sale income.

Purchase postage counts once per bill in spending and is never allocated to item values or sale profit.

RETURNS AND PAYMENTS
- One return deadline per purchase, shared by its items
- Return alerts for eligible unsold items, including those marked To sell
- Choose how far ahead returns appear in Needs attention, separately from notification timing
- Record return dates, refund dates and refund amounts; see refunds still pending
- Split bills into instalments, mark payments paid and receive deadline reminders

CALENDAR (FREE)
See payment, return and shipping deadlines together in Home. Browse months, filter by type, view a daily agenda and open each record. Return deadlines appear on their recorded dates, independently of Needs attention settings. Outstanding overdue tasks stay visible.

ANALYSIS AND REPORTS (PRO)
Explore spending, sales, profit and returns over a date range. Break items down by category, brand, material and colour, including your Kept for me collection. Best sellers groups sales by item name, with optional brand, colour, size and material, showing units, revenue and profit. Export a one-page PDF report. Widgets show profit and outstanding tasks.

YOUR DATA
No advertising, tracking or developer server. Records stay local when sync is off; optional sync uses your private Apple iCloud storage. The developer cannot access your records or photos. Manual JSON backup and transfer includes records but not photos. Apple address suggestions and opening a maps app use the address information you provide, as explained in the privacy policy.

ALSO
VoiceOver, dark mode, bill and item photos. Deleting a purchase removes its items, linked sales and related photos.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Sales Secretary Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Your local price is shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
