Saltus is the electrolyte tracker that adapts to how you live — whether you're an endurance athlete, managing POTS, doing keto, or fasting. Track sodium, potassium, magnesium, and water against daily targets built for your needs, not generic water goals.
CHOOSE YOUR MODE
- Athlete — sweat-rate and training-aware targets, heat-adjusted dosing, race-day planning
- POTS — higher daily sodium guidance, as often advised by clinicians for managing symptoms
- Keto — electrolyte replacement targets for low-carb living
- Fasting — steady mineral targets through your fasting windows
WHY SALTUS
Generic water trackers don't tell you about sodium, potassium, or magnesium. Saltus does. Every drink you log is broken down by mineral, so you see exactly where you stand at any moment of the day.
