Say Hello: Smart Assistant

Say Hello is a simple yet powerful app that helps businesses stay on top of every customer call, message, and booking with ease.

At the centre of the app is Ella, your smart assistant that helps take customers out of market by automatically replying to missed calls and messages within 60 seconds. She learns how your business works, chats with customers over text and remembers everything so you don’t need to. It’s the receptionist you’ve always needed - and available in just a few clicks.

Here are some of Ella’s features that users can’t live without:

Auto-Replies: Ella auto-replies to missed calls and messages within 60 seconds, keeping potential clients engaged so they don’t call a competitor.
Conversation Summaries: She can summarise customer conversations and voicemails, detecting what they need and their mood, so that you can prioritise more effectively.
Always Learning: She’s trained by your website and always learning from your conversations with clients, so she always knows what to say - and what to avoid.
Total Conversation History: She collects all your chat histories into one inbox, which you can easily search through for whatever you need.
Lead Tracking: She tracks where your leads come from and what service they searched for, so you can double down on the marketing that works and ditch what doesn’t.
It Works Everywhere: Say Hello works across phones, tablets and laptop/desktop computers. That means you can access it anywhere and anytime you want.

These are the types of people and businesses that thrive using Say Hello:

Tradespeople and service-based businesses who deal with customers often
Businesses without an IVR system in place
People who primarily use their mobile phone for customer communications
Anyone who gets leads through calls, texts, or online enquiries
Businesses that can’t afford a receptionist but need one regardless
People who want to ‘turn off’ once their work hours are done

While Say Hello works brilliantly for many businesses, some of the following may find it less effective in its current state:

Large teams (200+) with existing and complex CRMs
Businesses with zero client interactions
People who never use their phone for business communications
