Personalize playback voices for each language. Preview available Apple voices, choose male and female playback profiles, and adjust speaking speed. Guided instructions help you find and download Apple's Enhanced and Premium voices where available.

PREPARE BEFORE YOU GO
Follow the interactive setup guide to prepare supported translation and speech-recognition language packs. Download available packs before your trip so supported features are ready when you need them offline.

KEEP THE CONVERSATION
Save conversations on your device, rename them, mark favorites, and search your history. Copy translations, share transcripts, or display a translation in a larger view for someone to read.

BEFORE YOU START
Translation, microphone support, offline availability, and voice choices vary by language, device, and operating system. Initial language and voice downloads require an internet connection and available storage. Languages marked “Under development” are not ready for use.

Microphone and speech-recognition permissions are required for spoken input. Typed translation is available for supported language pairs.
