Scan it. Ask it anything. Scandora is a receipt scanner, invoice scanner and document scanner whose output you can talk to: scan an invoice, then ask when it is due or what its IBAN is. The answer comes back from that document, with the section it was found in. Scandora is GDPR-first, and your files land in your own Google Drive and Trello.
WHAT SCANDORA DOES
- AI document chat: ask a scanned receipt, invoice or contract a question and get the answer from that document, with the matching passage cited.
- AI reads the details: supplier, amount, IBAN, due date and to-dos, extracted without a template.
- Your cloud, not ours: files go straight to your own Google Drive and Trello accounts; Scandora's servers never store them.
- Find anything, fast: every scan is searchable on your device — supplier, amount, any word, with OCR text search.
- Locked with your own code: with Advanced Protection on, your saved scans are locked with a code only you know. GDPR-first, EU servers, no ads.
- Your office scanner, too: scan whole stacks over the network from Brother, Epson, Canon and other eSCL / AirScan (AirPrint) devices, not just the phone camera.

Data handling: managed AI is processed in Germany by default (Google Gemini on Vertex AI europe-west3); only if you allow AI models outside the EU can a feature send a document through Scandora's server in Germany, held in memory only, to Anthropic in the USA. On the EU route, your phone sends the document straight to Google Gemini; Scandora's servers only issue a short-lived pass, and the request does not pass through them. Google may temporarily retain selected prompts for abuse monitoring when applicable, potentially for up to 90 days (not used to train Google models). The document chat index stays on your device. When you are signed in, your history record — the extracted text, a low-resolution preview and the document's details — is stored on Scandora's own servers in Germany. Its content is encrypted on your device before upload; Scandora holds a key unless you turn on Advanced Protection, and details such as dates and page counts, plus a GoBD change log, stay readable. Your original files are never stored there.
