Scarab Travel

Scarab reads a city for your dates: the weather and storms ahead, the ground beneath, outbreaks, conflict, crime and air. One number from 0 to 10, and a few clear lines on what is there. Most cities, most days, show nothing stirring. When something is, Scarab says what, how strong and which way.

ONE NUMBER, 0 TO 10
Every reading is measured against published science on one shared scale: how likely is serious harm to a person who is simply there. The city's number is the highest of what Scarab measured, never an average, so nothing important is smoothed away. When nothing rises above the ordinary, the card shows no number at all.

FOR YOUR DATES
Pick a city and your dates, up to a month ahead. Weather and storms read as far as forecasts reach; earthquakes, outbreaks, conflict and the ground from the latest record. Plan a trip of up to seven cities and read it leg by leg.

CLEAR WORDS
"Hurricane Rachel, category 2 with winds near 155 km/h, is about 450 km west-southwest and moving away." "About 8 cm on Monday. Rain like this can flood streets and slow traffic." "Very thin air at this height." Scarab says what is there, never what to do. When nothing is stirring, it says that too.

THE CITY ITSELF
Most cards carry a few lines on the place: the ground it stands on, the river or ridge that made it, and the festival or holiday on your dates. Dashain in Kathmandu, Navratri in Delhi, National Day in Beijing, with their dates.

Every number traces to a public feed or a record. No AI scores your card. When Scarab cannot read something for a city, it says nothing rather than guess.
