Everything runs on the device. There is no account, no sign in and no connection needed, so the number is there when you are on a plane or standing in a queue.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Log each trip with an entry date and an exit date
- See days used out of 90 and days remaining, recalculated the moment you add a stay
- Count against the rolling 180 day window that ends on today's date, not a fixed calendar year
- Tag any stay with the country you were in so your history reads clearly
- Enter the number of days you want next time and get the earliest date you can re-enter
- Read every stay in one list, ordered by entry date
- Remove a stay you logged by mistake, with a confirmation step first
- Use all of it offline, with nothing to sign up for
HOW THE COUNT WORKS
On any given day the app looks back over the previous 180 days, adds up the days you spent inside the area during that stretch, and subtracts them from 90. Both the day you arrive and the day you leave are counted as days spent. Because the window moves forward with the calendar, older days drop out of it and your balance recovers on its own, which is why the answer changes depending on the date you ask about.
The re-entry date works the same way in reverse. You type the number of days you want for the next trip, and the app steps forward day by day, up to a year ahead, until it finds the first date where that many days are available in the window.
WHO IT IS FOR
Non-EU passport holders on short stays in Europe: remote workers moving between countries, retirees splitting the year, people with family to visit several times a year, and anyone on repeated short trips who wants the number before booking the next flight.
PRIVACY
Your stays are saved on the device only. The app has no account, no analytics and no network code of any kind, so nothing about your travel is uploaded or shared. Removing the app removes the data with it.
SchengenTrack is a personal counting tool for the 90 in 180 rule. It is not immigration or legal advice and it is not affiliated with any government or border authority. Confirm your own situation with the relevant authorities before you travel.
