Description by BUSINESS SYSTEM SOLUTIONS (N.I.) LTD (from the App Store)

This app is designed to keep track of your visitors at reception and will also track school early and late leavers. Administrators at companies, hotels, schools and other institutions can use the app for not only to reduce paper work but to also help with their health and safety responsibility using our emergency export feature. Also, it is a great help with GDPR as now the visitors book is no longer viewable but a number of visitors. The data captured is encrypted in the database and also we have a number of other security features. Sign up to test the app and we will contact you directly to arrange user account details.
