Screen Size & Materials2026

Screen Helper is a local utility for home repair, window installation, and screen replacement. Record measurements by window type, set deduction rules, calculate finished sizes, mesh usage, spline length, frame length, and hardware quantities, then save plans by room.

Key features:
1. Screen size calculation: supports common window types such as casement, sliding, and retractable screens. Enter width and height to generate finished sizes by deduction rules.
2. Material estimation: calculate mesh area, spline length, frame length, corner pieces, and fasteners to reduce missed purchases and waste.
3. Room plan management: save multiple window measurements by bedroom, living room, kitchen, or other locations, with notes, review status, and history.
4. Error and unit checks: switch between millimeters and centimeters, and flag unusual ratios, duplicate sizes, or possible measuring mistakes.
5. Offline lists: generate local material lists and installation check text for purchasing, ordering, or confirming with installers on site.
