Your favorite apps are always one tap away — that's the problem. ScrollBreak puts a price on them: reps.

By default, ScrollBreak shields the apps that eat your day. To get in, you earn screen time the honest way — push-ups or squats, counted live by your camera, entirely on your device. Bank those minutes, then spend them on a timed unlock. When the timer's up, your apps lock again automatically.

No willpower theater. No "focus mode" you can tap past. Just a simple trade: move your body, earn your scroll.

ScrollBreak is a subscription app — start with a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan. ScrollBreak Pro unlocks workouts that earn screen time. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime from app settings.
