Instead of blocking entire sites or apps, ScrollGuard uses a Safari browser extension to hide the most addictive parts of social media websites: endless feeds, Reels, Stories, Explore pages and other attention traps. Because it filters content directly in the browser, you don’t have to lock yourself out of your accounts, rely on willpower, or delete anything. You keep the useful parts, without the constant pull to keep scrolling.
You choose what to hide, so you can still get value from social media without getting trapped in the scroll.
