Description by Jonathan Zarra(from the App Store)
Replace doomscrolling with exercise!
Stop wasting time scrolling on apps and instead earn your screen time by exercising.
Spending hours doomscrolling instead of actually living? ScrollSwap can help. To unlock your most distracting apps, you earn screen time by working out; counted rep by rep with your camera. It's the app blocker that actually makes you earn your screen time.
Move your body to earn your minutes.
New exercise game modes! You can now battle your way through the Campaign and Endless Waves modes. Clear dungeons, battle enemies, take on bosses, earn XP, and rank up! Unlock monsters you defeat; can you complete the entire beastiary?
HOW IT WORKS
Choose the apps you want to lock: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, mobile games, anything!
Open a locked app with no time banked, and ScrollSwap steps in. Do a quick workout: squats, push-ups, sit-ups, or jumping jacks. Our AI counts every rep with your phone's camera and in exchange gives you screen-time minutes.
Spend those minutes on the apps you love, guilt free.
Why ScrollSwap?
• Turn screen time into exercise — every scroll session requires a workout • AI rep counting — just prop your phone up and move. No wearables, no manual logging • Block distracting apps and take back your focus and attention • Build a healthy daily habit • Hard Mode — no bypassing. Zero excuses: the only way into your apps is a workout
PERFECT FOR • Reducing screen time without deleting the apps you actually use • Beating phone addiction and mindless doomscrolling • Building a consistent workout habit a few reps at a time • Students, remote workers, and anyone who wants more focus • Replacing scrolling with movement
WORKOUTS, TRACKED IN REAL TIME Squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks: all counted automatically by on-device AI pose detection. Your camera does the counting, so you can focus on form.
