SDA Church App

SDA Church App runs the whole church from one app: the member book, the treasury, nominating committee votes, announcements and choir practice. It has more than 130 features today, and new ones arrive every month.

Independent app for church teams. Not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

MEMBERS
• The member book on every phone: photo, name and phone number, with one-tap calls
• New members join by scanning a QR code or typing the Church Code, and a secretary approves each request
• Transfers between churches, membership history, and people who don't use the app
• See who is online in your church right now

MEETINGS AND VOTES
• Built around the way nominating committees work: put names forward, support them, discuss, vote, and run off a tie
• The app shows no result, even to admins, until everyone present has voted
• Put the meeting on the projector: the room sees who still has to vote and then the elected names, never the ballots
• A member without a phone can take part through a host in the room, behind a privacy curtain
• Remarks can be anonymous, and ties for the last seat are flagged for a tie-break round
• Share the elected names with a presentation link and QR code

TREASURY
• Count the offering on your phone, banknote by banknote and coin by coin
• Print a numbered receipt for each giver on a Bluetooth thermal printer
• A second treasury member checks every bank deposit against the slip
• Sensitive changes wait for enough leaders to approve them
• Close the month, export Excel workbooks, and create the monthly conference ledger as a PDF or Excel file
• Members can see their own giving and receipts
• Works with your church's own currency and denominations

ANNOUNCEMENTS
• Send news as a push notification, an SMS, or both
• See who read it: reader faces under the message, and a delivery report for each one
• Reminders, department audiences, and Board approval when your church requires it

DEPARTMENTS AND ATTENDANCE
• A page for each department, with its own members, polls and attendance
• Bluetooth check-in, roll call with excuses, statistics and badges

MUSIC AND CHOIR
• A private song library for each department, with a mixer for each voice part
• Import a song's MIDI file and the app writes each part out in tonic sol-fa that scrolls with the music
• Piano roll, lyrics, song sections and loops, and key changes
• Rehearsal sync: the leader plays, pauses or slows the song, and every phone on the same Wi-Fi follows
• Voice training games: Pitch Sync, Range Blaster and Solfa Bird

WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS
• The app opens from what is saved on your phone
• Treasury and attendance keep working with no signal and sync on their own when you are back online
• A slim bar at the bottom shows when you are offline and when your changes have synced
• Announcements, meeting changes and uploads need a connection

HELP INSIDE THE APP
• Ask App Help how to do something, in English or French, and it can show you the steps on the screen
• Ask for a missing feature, then vote and comment on what other churches asked for

PRIVATE CHURCH SPACES
• Each church has its own space, and people only see what their role allows
• Eight church roles: administrator, secretary, treasurer, treasury viewer, communication administrator, board member, elder and pastor
• Sign in with Apple or Google
• The whole app in English and French
