SDL ID offers true and secure passwordless authentication SDL certified Apps. It eliminates legacy authenticators with code generation, delivering frictionless SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), and improving security.

The authentication via SDL ID improves digital security by protecting user account with a single login step. Safe and with no need for codes or extra authentication factors, eliminating the chance of password compromise and side vulnerabilities connected to it.

IMPORTANT: SDL ID only validates QR Codes integrated with SDL API.


TURNING IT ON

To turn on SDL ID for your SDL account:

1. Download SDL ID from the app store.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Create a PIN number with 6 numbers.
4. Confirm your PIN number.
5. Activate your Face id (recommended)
6. Click on Authenticate and scan the QR Code of SDL certified products (e.g., https://connect.securitydesignlab.com/)
