Seatible helps you plan who sits where, fit the plan to your venue, and create clear handoffs for guests, caterers, and event teams.

PLAN A REAL ROOM
• Set room dimensions in feet or meters. Trace a venue plan from a photo or PDF, calibrate its scale, and measure distances.
• Place, resize, and freely rotate tables. Add ceremony rows, doors, walls, dance floors, bars, stages, and other venue details.
• Check table capacity, spacing, and seating conflicts as you plan.

ORGANIZE GUESTS
• Manage RSVPs, households, meal choices, dietary and accessibility needs, and custom tags.
• Import a guest list from CSV with field mapping, then export guest data or a Seatible event file to share.
• Assign each seat yourself or use optional Auto-seat, with together/apart rules and locked seats respected.

MAKE THE HANDOFF
• Export a high-resolution floor plan image and print-ready PDFs: a 24 × 36 inch poster, Letter or A4 seating packets, place and escort cards, tent-fold cards, table signs, and caterer summaries.
• Make a guest-safe view that leaves out dietary, VIP, and private notes.
• Finalize a plan, find guests in offline day-of mode, and reprint cards for changes.
• Guest Finder creates a static page and matching QR. You choose its public URL and host the generated page yourself; it contains guest names and seating locations.

MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
• Use Table List and chair assignment mode to manage seating without dragging.
• Open events, add guests, find seats, and review unseated guests with App Shortcuts.
• Your working event data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
