A camera for the things you notice. Take a photo and add a short note with the question or idea it gave you. Photos are saved to your iPhone photo library, and your notes and history are organized into projects on your device. No account needed.

■ WHAT YOU CAN DO
・The camera is ready as soon as you open the app. Press the shutter again and again; each press is saved as its own photo.
・Write a "Note for next photo" and it is attached to the next photo you take. Tap the mic to dictate it without the keyboard; speech is turned into text on your iPhone and never sent anywhere.
・Photos are saved to your photo library. In supported formats, the note is embedded in the photo data as a description.
・Open "History" to look back at your photos and notes, newest first, and edit any note. If you want a photo that carries the edited note, save an "Updated copy". The original photo stays as it is.
・Create "Projects" to group your photos and notes on your device. Choose a project in "Save to" before you shoot or when you import, or "Move" items later.
・Use "Import Photos" to pick photos or screenshots from your library and create a "Copy with note". The original photo is not changed.
・Tap "Share" and choose "Share Photo + Note", "Share Photo Only" or "Copy Note", then hand it to a supported app from the iPhone share sheet. It also works for passing a photo and your question to an AI chat app to think it through.
・Share all photos in a project or in Unsorted at once (up to 20 at a time). The notes are numbered in the order of the photos.
・Choose the display language: Same as System, or one of 9 languages (English, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Português (Brasil), Bahasa Indonesia, ไทย, Tiếng Việt).
・If a photo fails to save, it is marked so you can retry later.
・Touch and hold the app icon on the Home Screen to jump straight to "Take Photo", "History" or "Import Photos". The "Open Camera" action is also available in Shortcuts.

■ HOW TO USE
1. Open the app and, if you like, write a "Note for next photo".
2. Press the shutter. Keep shooting as you go.
3. Open "History" to review your photos and add to your notes.
4. When you want to send something to another app, tap "Share".

■ PRIVACY
・There is no account to create.
・Your photos and notes are not sent to any cloud storage or server of ours. There are no ads and no usage analytics.
・Photos and notes leave your device only when you choose a destination with "Share". After that, the receiving app's terms apply.

■ PLEASE NOTE
・This app has no built-in AI. It does not analyze photos or write text.
・How a note appears in the Photos app or other apps depends on the app and how the photo is shared.
・Some apps cannot receive a photo and a note together. In that case, use "Share Photo Only" or "Copy Note".
・When deleting, you can choose "Remove from History Only" (the photo stays in your library) or "Also Delete Photo" (the photo is deleted from your library too).
・Projects exist only on your device and are not synced to other devices. No albums are created in the Photos app.
・Deleting a project does not delete its photos, notes or history; they move to "Unsorted".
・Deleting the app removes your history, notes and projects. Photos saved to your photo library remain.
