Settings → Safari → Extensions → Seen → Turn On

macOS
Safari → Settings(⌘,) → Extensions → Check Seen → Allow permissions

Notes
Depending on certain websites or Safari system behavior,
page saving, summaries, or panel display may not work properly.
If this happens, fully quit Safari and open it again. This usually fixes the issue.
