Description by Sprinklenet(from the App Store)
SelfieYo is on a mission to bring smiles, joy and positive conversations to local communities all around the world.
We're a hyper-local photo, video and chat app designed to help drive community engagement and conversations.
Show people around you what's up! SelfieYo makes it easy to see and share what's going on nearby — and who's around to chat.
You can share pics or videos of what's happening with you or updates from local SelfieYo HotSpots — and people around you can see and join public chats.
Content based on location is sorted automatically.
Great way to meet new people, participate in contests, get special offers from local businesses, show off new community events and restaurants, or just blast out fun selfies like a boss!
If you see something fun in your community, share it on SelfieYo!
If you're at a restaurant with friends and family, share it to your local feed on SelfieYo.
If you're at an event that's totally lit, share it on SelfieYo.
• We don't reveal your location unless you manually apply a location tag.
• You can earn rewards and special offers based on checking-in to certain locations.
• Be a part of the movement to bring smiles and happiness to your local community.
• Private chats are fully encrypted.
• It's easy to delete your pics, videos and chats by holding your finger down on a thumbnail in your "My Stuff" area for 1 second — when you do that, your content is deleted from anyone else's app that might have seen your SelfieYo.
• We never save your deleted content.
• See who’s in a chat room and choose whether to message or block them.
• When you block someone they have no idea and we don't give any indication you've blocked them.
• Independent from other social networks.
