Sessions - Dates & Hangouts

Whether you're looking for a date, a new friend, or someone to share an adventure with, Sessions is here to help by focusing on the power of doing. 100% Intention Led Matching where the plan naturally always comes first, meaning you're more likely to meet people who more often fit your energy and match your vibe.

PIN ANYTHING, ANYTIME

Most apps are built around endless swiping. Sessions is built around showing up. Instead of asking "who do you like?", we ask "what are you doing today?". You pin a session, anyone nearby can see it, and a real plan starts from there.

* Pin your day with 70 Session types available. A coffee walk, a sunset run, a gallery wander, a quiet pint, A gym session. Drop it on the map and see who'd love to come.
* Meet by intention. Match with people who actually want to do the same thing as you, not just people who look nice on a card.
* Move at your pace. Add the vibe of a session to sync to the energy of the person you're meeting.

Use Sessions for dates, for friends, or both. You decide what each chat is for. Easily see what everyone is looking for.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

We want you to spend less time on the app and more time out in the world. Sessions is designed to get you off the screen and into a place, with a person, doing something you actually like.

* Discover people near you, in your city, on your street, at your favourite spots.
* Start with a shared moment instead of a cold opener. Every chat begins around a real plan.
* Keep things grounded. Honest profiles, clear intentions, no pressure to perform.

SAFETY YOU CAN FEEL

Meeting new people should feel exciting, not risky. We've built safety into the app from day one.

* ID Photo verification so you know who you're meeting is who they say they are.
* Private location by default. We never show your exact spot, only the area.
* Block, report and unmatch in one tap. Comfort checks during chats. A safety hub with meeting tips and tools.
* Strict community guidelines and human-reviewed moderation, with AI screening to catch harmful messages before they're sent.
