Status Visualization, Sets and Timer Clear at a Glance
- Before you start, set your target number of sets and rest duration between sets. It supports customized training goals from 1 to 99 sets, and a rest duration of up to one hour with notification alerts when time is up. Free training without a timer is also available.
- The interface uses four colors to distinguish training nodes: green for training in progress, yellow for rest countdown, red for rest timeout, and blue for training completed. Track your progress without needing to read the text closely.
- If there is no operation for a long time after entering the workout, a notification will pop up asking whether you want to continue or end the training.

Wrist-Counter Interaction Experience Tailored for Fitness Scenes
- Inheriting the gesture operations of the sliding counter from its predecessor, swipe right to quickly switch between exercise and rest, fearless of sweat and complex environment interference.
- Accidentally moved to the next step? No problem, we provide a one-time swipe-left option to go back to the previous step.
- Need to leave temporarily? Long-press the center of the button to pause the timer, and tap the reset button or rotate the Digital Crown to exit the current training.
- Too absorbed in your phone and lost track of time? Long-press the time area to reset the timer for the current phase.
- Feeling pumped and want to do a few more sets? You can quickly adjust the current and total number of sets by long-pressing the set counter.
