A short assessment first
About 20 questions, 3–4 minutes, no account needed. Questions adapt to your answers, so you aren't asked what doesn't apply to you. The result isn't a score or a diagnosis; it's an order that shows where to begin.

A 10-step plan ordered for you
From 23 modules, the plan picks the 10 closest to what you need and puts them in order. Finish one and the next opens; the remaining modules follow after the plan. If you report things like bleeding or severe pain, the app suggests seeing a doctor before you start the plan.

179 sessions of three kinds
83 reading, 74 exercise and 22 reflection sessions. Readings explain a topic in plain, non-judgmental language, exercises walk you through a practice step by step, and reflections help you look at your own experience. Most take 5 to 15 minutes; 47 end with a task for the week. 33 exercises come with an audio guide in English, Turkish and Spanish, and keep playing with the screen locked.

Six chapters
Meet Yourself, Emotional Depth, Sexual Wellness, Relational Wellness, Exploration & Excitement and Coping with Challenges. The last chapter has 8 modules: vaginismus and pelvic pain, premature ejaculation, painful intercourse, low sexual desire, erectile difficulties, orgasm difficulties, postpartum sexuality and sexual trauma. When something calls for a doctor or another professional, the sessions say so plainly.

One of 65 questions each day; most have a separate version for people without a partner.

Couple Mode (optional)
Connect with your partner using an invite code. You each answer 30 couple questions on your own phone and see each other's answers. There's also a Shared Journey card, a couple streak and four tools: Repair Toolkit, Yes/No/Maybe, Desire Check and Send Appreciation. Your session notes are never shared; your partner sees your progress (sessions completed, current module) and your Desire Check score.

Privacy
Your assessment answers, what you write for Today's Question and your session notes stay on your device. Answers to couple questions are seen only by the partner you connect with. You can delete your account from inside the app; your profile and progress records are deleted with it.

Sessions and Couple Mode are available with an auto-renewing subscription; the current price, length and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen.
