Shadow Work: Moonwake

Some nights the only question is: why is nothing working for me?

Nothing is wrong with you. You're in a phase. Phases turn.

Moonwake is a few minutes at the end of the day. Name what is weighing on you, get a frame around it, close the day.

ANYTHING ON YOUR MIND

That is the question the app opens on. Say it out loud or type it. Your voice is written down as you speak. Then a card answers the words you actually used.

You never have to pick a feature. You answer one question, and the night goes from there.

19 TEACHINGS, OVER 200 CARDS

The newest and largest part of the app. Short stacks of cards on the things that keep you up, in plain language, a few minutes each.

Breaking the Pattern: why you repeat, how to shift
How Manifesting Really Works: desire, focus, assumption
You're Addicted to Your Own Emotions: the feelings you keep ordering
The Art of Letting Go: stop forcing, start flowing
The Power of Attention: the one lever you hold
Your Brain in Waves: your mind runs at four speeds
Who You Really Are: bigger than you think
Solfeggio and the Story of Tuning: the real story of 432 and 528
The Moon Cycle: the rhythm worth keeping

Ten more inside, on beliefs, energy, healing frequencies, meditation, dreams, chakras, and the laws that keep turning up in every tradition.

DREAMS

Tell it the dream while it is still there, out loud or typed. Each reading is written fresh for the dream you told it. It also finds the symbols, from a dictionary of 117 that someone sat down and wrote. Every dream is kept with its date, so when the same symbol turns up three times, you see it.

THE MOON, MADE USEFUL

Tonight's real phase and how much of it is lit. Six areas of life laid over the cycle: Grow, Work, Body, Heart, Clear, Rest. Every night of the month belongs to something, so you always know what tonight is good for. The astronomy and the tradition are kept apart on purpose. Two years of real moons, back and ahead.

TAROT

All 78 cards with written meanings. Keywords, a full reading, and separate takes on love, career, money and spirit. One card for today, three for past, present and future, or a yes or no where you type the real question. Ask the same question on the same day and you get the same card. Four decks.

MEDITATE

Binaural sessions through alpha, theta and delta. Two close tones, one in each ear, and the beat is the difference your own head makes between them. Headphones, or it does not happen. It calms the mind. That is all it claims.

AFFIRMATIONS

126 lines across seven themes. Write your own and yours lead the deck. Put your own photo behind any card.

If you are in real trouble, talk to a professional. Moonwake is the eleven o'clock thing between those conversations.
