HOW DOES IT WORK?

Open the Shalby e-Consult app and book/request a consult, provide your medical history, upload your reports and pay for your consult fees in your local currency*.Video Call with the Doctor - See and Speak with them from wherever you are. The doctor reviews your medical history, documents, issue’s e-suggestions and lab requisitions when required.

You can chat with a doctor virtually. Just like an in-person visit, your doctor will review your medical history and ask about prevailing symptoms, if any.

WHEN DO YOU USE?

Traditional visits for non-critical ailments and appointments can require long wait period. With Shalby e-Consult app, you can have a live video consultation with a specialist from the comfort of your home at your convenience. You can easily make appointments for the same day or for a future date with just a click. Shalby e-Consult app is a perfect solution for you and your family in-case of a specialist consultation for a first-time discussion, follow up appointment or a second opinion. It gives an option, to address non-critical ailments and health concerns - no interruptions or distractions.

Our doctors can help your entire family - including kids. From medical to mental health, we are available to make sure your family gets the care they need. Please note kids below the age of 18, will need an adult to accompany.
