Shape Buddy: Lose Weight

Losing weight is easier with a friend. Shape Buddy gives you a red panda buddy who lives on your home screen and gets happier every time you take care of yourself.

Your buddy, your motivation
Name your buddy, keep their hearts full and watch them cheer you on. Log a meal, a glass of water or a weigh-in and your buddy eats with you.

Snap your meal
Take a photo of your plate and AI recognizes the foods, portions, calories and macros. Check the result, adjust anything in a tap and log it. Barcode and nutrition label scanning are there too.

3 goals a day
No endless checklists. Each day you get three small goals, like water, steps and calories. Hit all three for a Perfect Day.

Drink more water, easily
Log a glass, a bottle or your own amount in one tap and see how close you are to your daily goal.

Meal plans
Simple meal plans and recipes sorted by calories, so you always know what to eat next.

Keep your streak
Log something every day to grow your streak. Miss a day? A Streak Freeze has your back.

Style your buddy
Earn diamonds by sticking to your goals and spend them on hats, glasses, outfits and backgrounds.

Track your progress
Weight, calories and your streak, all in one place, with milestones along the way.

Shape Buddy is not a medical device. Talk to your doctor before starting a weight loss plan.
