ShapeSync - Health Coach

ShapeSync reads health data directly from Apple Health — no matter which apps you use for tracking. Calories from Yazio, weight from FitDays or your scales, workouts from your Apple Watch or Wahoo: everything ends up in Apple Health, and ShapeSync turns it into a dashboard. If you don’t have scales that sync, you can enter your weight in ShapeSync — the figure will be saved in Apple Health.

Nutrition data does not come from Apple Health itself. You’ll need a tracking app as a source (e.g. Yazio, MyFitnessPal, Lifesum or Cronometer).

Weekly reviews, plateau analyses, nutritional advice and post-workout feedback — based on your actual data, not general tips. Direct, evidence-based, no sugar-coating.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Health metrics stay on your iPhone. No account, no permanent cloud storage for your metrics, no usage tracking. Only with the AI Coach are the metrics you’ve shared temporarily transmitted to the Anthropic API via a ShapeSync server, with your consent.

Prerequisite: Apple Health with data sharing enabled for the apps you use for tracking.

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is debited via your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone settings under your Apple ID.
