Shared Camera

Shared Camera turns two phones into a camera and a live viewer. One phone shoots, the other sees the picture in real time, over your own Wi-Fi or a phone's hotspot.

HOW IT WORKS
• On the viewing phone, tap "Receive Video" to show a QR code
• On the shooting phone, tap "Send Camera" and scan it
• Connected in seconds. No account, no sign-in

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Watch the camera live, with sound
• Zoom and switch between front and back cameras from either phone
• Take photos and record videos with sound, saved to the Photos library of the phone you tap on
• Turn the microphone on or off from either phone
• Controls hide on their own for a clean, full-screen view

GOOD FOR
• Framing a shot when you can't see the camera's screen
• Setting up tripod shots, low angles and group photos
• Showing what one phone sees to someone nearby

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Video travels directly between the two paired phones on your local network. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and there is no account to create.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Both phones need to be on the same Wi-Fi, or one phone shares a hotspot with the other
• Some public Wi-Fi networks keep devices apart; use a home network or a hotspot instead
• Works on iPhone and iPad, in 20 languages
