Shelter Partner is an cross platform app built for animal shelters and rescues that replaces paper volunteer logs with real-time, accurate information about the dogs and cats in their care. Mount it on a wall-shared iPad or hand it to volunteers on their own devices, and give everyone instant visibility into which animals need a walk, a play session, or a little extra enrichment today.

Friendly interface for new or younger volunteers, and bulk actions let experienced volunteers or staff modify multiple animals at once.

VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT FOR STAFF
Invite, track, and manage your volunteer roster, sync with Better Impact, and set custom rules per volunteer — georestriction so check-ins only happen on-site, minimum visit durations, required fields, custom intake forms, and photo uploads. Shelter Stats show exactly how long it's been since each animal was last taken out, so no dog or cat falls through the cracks.

VISITOR KIOSK MODE
Turn a spare iPad into a friendly adoption kiosk. The Visitor Tab shows adoptable dogs and cats with photos, temperament, age, and notes, plus a full-screen slideshow mode for lobbies and events — helping visitors fall in love with their next pet while they wait.

BUILT-IN AI ASSISTANT
An optional AI chat assistant can answer visitor and volunteer questions about available animals using your shelter's live data, making it even easier for guests to find the right match.
